About Our Programs
We are dedicated to providing various programs to support and uplift individuals in their faith journey. Our programs are designed to help members grow in their Christian walk, learn new skills, and contribute positively to their communities.
Our Vision
Our vision is to create a platform for members to share and work on ideas, support those in need in our communities and church, provide assistance and training for those interested in drama ministry, cinematography, script writing, movie editing, and production, and organize periodical educational conferences. We also aim to provide opportunities for members to experience the love and blessings of God through worship, prayer, and evangelistic outreach activities.

Members of this association
Our association is open to an unlimited number of members, consisting of the founding members and associate members who volunteer to support the growth of the Association. To become a member, individuals must meet certain criteria, including approval by the Board of Directors or the Executive arm of the Association, willingness to become a Christian within three months of joining the Association, belief in the Holy Trinity, willingness to participate in evangelism activities either in-person or online, participation in training organized by The Encourager Association, and willingness to bring creative ideas to The Encourager Association.
Association Leaders
The Encourager Association is led by a Board of Directors, responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the Association, and an Executive Director, responsible for the day-to-day operations and implementation of the Association's programs and initiatives. We are funded through various means, including members' annual dues, donations from existing members or external parties, subsidized training events, and revenue generated from movie or music productions.
